It took awhile but we were able to come to terms on my Raptor. Jeff and Chris both spent a few hours working the deal with me. Probably their longest negotiations and they were both understanding of what I wanted and what color. Jeff went through the trucks operation on the screen so i have a good idea on how to operate the computer on wheels. Just a perfect team.

I purchased my 2022 Ford Edge from Hawk Ford (St. Charles, IL) on 5/31/25. Over the last 10 days, I have enjoyed driving my vehicle, although an emissions light has caused me to get service today.
I am much less happy with the sales transaction itself with Hawk Ford. After test driving a car listed on the website, the dealer made a base price offer (not including the typical add-ons) that was significantly higher than what was posted on the Hawk website. This is a review for a work vehicle so I cannot express an opinion on a personal level. Steve was very helpful upon arrival and calling me to advise of the issues or non-issues with my work vehicle. The gentleman who serviced my Bluetooth issue was extremely helpful as well and actually worked with me in the garage to show no issues with the vehicle. Great service, great people and highly recommend.

Was looking for a specific Ford Bronco Heritage Limited Edition and found it at Hawks Ford St Charles. I live in California, but Andrew Kreatsoulas and Chris Krueger couldn’t have made it easier for me to purchase. Gave me a great price, no surprises and shipped it straight out to be. I had it 3 days later! The team there followed up with me during the whole process to answer any questions and I am a very happy customer. I’ll definitely use them again.
Over priced, arrogant, did not care, tried to blame me for using them, over 3000 in labor, more than antiretroviral cost of repair on the internet.
