First, I really love your pick-up and delivery service. I have only worked with your service department so far. They are always friendly and explain any questions I have. Hawk Ford is a great company to work with. I would recommend then to any one . I am not sure exactly who all I have worked with , but the all were great.

The service department, specifically the truck center, was very thorough and honest about their findings, and the work to be done. The repairs were made quickly and we had the truck back on the road. Besides they increased price by almost $150 once insurance kicked it service was okay. Service advisor could have been little more friendly.

I recently had my Ford F-350 serviced and wanted to recognize the excellent work of the service department. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kathleen, who works with the larger diesel trucks, was especially great to work with. Unfortunately, when I received the manufacturer survey, her name was not even listed as an option, which seems unfair given the level of service she provides.

Your service was great but your app leaves a lot to be desired. I had confirmation number even though I had not completed the required information on the app so when I arrive, they had no information about me.. the service writer said no problem. Used the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation, arrived at 7 am and was quickly checked in. Service was performed and car was ready in about 45 minutes. Can't ask for any speedier service than that.

In fairness, the service writer was dealing with my sub-par, 3rd party warranty company. With that said, communication regarding the status of the warranty claim, the quote, and updates on the repair were less than acceptable. This was a transmission replacement, and you had my truck for over 6 weeks. I was not stranded as you gave me a loaner. Probably put over 1,000 miles on it just going back and forth to work. I had a very good experience with Hawk Ford of St. Charles. They picked up my car directly from my house, provided me with a free loaner vehicle during the repair, and then delivered my car back to me when the work was completed. The whole process was fast, easy, and very convenient. They also handled everything with the insurance company efficiently, without delays or unnecessary complications. So far the repairs look very well done, and communication throughout the process was clear and professional. Excellent customer service and a very customer-oriented experience. Highly recommended.

Was such a breeze! Knew what I wanted to look at off the website so once I got in and let them know which one, they pulled it right. up for me. Came in later in the evening but financing was approved by early next morning, came in and signed papers and was done within 45 mins! Easiest car purchase I have ever had.

Very dissapointed on the level of service I received. Colin provided the worst service i could ask for. I came in for a recall service. Not only did he charge me for services I did not agree to, he tried gave me a quote for $790 for a 30min job. When I declined his ridiculous quote, he handed me my keys and told me it was up front. Eric & Chris were very helpful. My 2020 Escape's transmission went out and I was still $10k upside down on the loan. I need a vehicle for work and for picking my son up from school daily and needed a new and reliable vehicle within the day.
