Was pleased with the professional treatment, patience and flexibility of the sales staff. Overall was a very positive experience.
Business management process was tense and difficult. First, the loan amount was incorrect by $800 and had to be adjusted. This caused me to question every other number, for obvious reasons. No credible explanation was provided for the error.
Additionally, the offers for additional warranty coverage were overly expensive and overlapped with the Blue Care certified warranty. I was asked to pay for overlapping coverage during the 12/12 Blue certified warranty. It didn’t make sense to pay twice for coverage I was already receiving.

I was so disappointed in how Ford handled my engine malfunction. On the other hand the customer service from Kyle at Hawk Ford was excellent. He did everything he could to get me justice from Ford for a known engine problem which they should have stood behind. In the end he was able to get Ford to chip in $3000 to replace the engine. In the meantime Kyle made sure I had a courtesy car to drive and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. So I am giving the service center 5 stars but Ford Motor 1.

I have been going here for service several years now. The counter people are nice and the work is fine. But this time the service person told me the total, I give them my card and then they added a fee. I’m tired of companies that can’t manage their business properly without tacking on a fee and without telling someone. I recently had my Ford F-350 serviced and wanted to recognize the excellent work of the service department. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Kathleen, who works with the larger diesel trucks, was especially great to work with. Unfortunately, when I received the manufacturer survey, her name was not even listed as an option, which seems unfair given the level of service she provides.

In fairness, the service writer was dealing with my sub-par, 3rd party warranty company. With that said, communication regarding the status of the warranty claim, the quote, and updates on the repair were less than acceptable. I had a very good experience with Hawk Ford of St. Charles. They picked up my car directly from my house, provided me with a free loaner vehicle during the repair, and then delivered my car back to me when the work was completed. The whole process was fast, easy, and very convenient. They also handled everything with the insurance company efficiently, without delays or unnecessary complications.
